Devendra D Joshi

My name is Devendra D Joshi and I run my business operations out of 1006 Makarpura, specifically located in Devendra Park right on the Highway Road. Being situated on the highway makes it very easy for people to spot us, even though the noise from the passing trucks can be a bit loud sometimes. I have been at this specific location for many years now. It is a simple place, really. Just a standard unit in the park area. I do not go in for anything fancy or polished in my office. The space has exactly what I need to work: a desk, some filing cabinets, and a place for people to sit down when they come by to talk. It is a very hands-on type of operation here. I am usually here for most of the day, often dealing with every little thing myself. My staff and I do not really use any complicated digital systems. We just keep a manual log of what needs doing and we make sure it gets finished. Makarpura is an industrial kind of area, so the general vibe is very much oriented towards work and practicality. People around here do not have time for fluff, and neither do I. We just get on with the day’s work. Sometimes we have a lot to do, and other times it is a bit slower. The office is not decorated with anything except a calendar. It feels like a workplace because it is one.
