Coffee & U

We are located at Alkapuri Naranpura G F 1. It’s a decent spot for a place like Coffee & U. Most of our morning is just getting the machines warmed up and setting out the chairs. It isn't one of those high-end places where everything is perfect. We just make coffee. Sometimes the milk steamer makes a weird noise, but it works fine for what we need. We see a lot of people passing through Alkapuri for work. Some stay for a while with their laptops, others just want their drink and they’re out the door. We try to keep the place tidy but with people coming and going, there’s always a stray napkin or a cup to pick up. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us behind the counter. We’ve learned how people like their drinks over time without them having to say much. The space is small, so it feels a bit tight when it’s raining outside and everyone crowds in at once. We don't mind the noise. It's just part of the day. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and we know most of the neighbors. It’s a simple life, just grinding beans and pouring cups. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a place to get a coffee and sit for a minute. Most of the time, we’re just cleaning the counter or restocking the sugar packets.
