CMT MECHANISED SYSTEMS PVT LTD is based out of the GIDC Industrial Estate in Por Ramangamdi, Vadodara. Our unit is C1B-235/1. If you know the GIDC area in Gujarat, you know it’s just rows and rows of industries. It’s a very busy place, especially in the mornings when all the workers arrive. We have a decent-sized setup for our mechanised systems work. The workshop floor is where everything happens. We don't spend much time in the small office area because the real work is out with the machines. It’s often quite hot in Vadodara, so we have big fans running to keep the air moving. We’re not a huge company with hundreds of layers. It’s just us, the technicians and the office staff, working together to get orders out. We have our routines, like the morning meeting to see what needs finishing today. It’s not very formal. We just talk about what’s broken or what’s ready to ship. We’ve been part of this industrial estate for a long time and we know the other business owners nearby. Sometimes we borrow tools or help each other out with logistics. It’s a good community of people who just want to do their jobs. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on making sure the systems we build are solid and that we don't fall behind on the schedule. It’s a simple, hardworking life for everyone involved here in Por Ramangamdi.
