Chhaya Electrics India

Our place is at 8 Amodar D P Road in the Athar Society area. We’re quite close to Nalanda, so it’s easy for people to find us if they know the neighborhood. Chhaya Electrics India is mostly about handling electrical components and fixing things that have stopped working. The shop is filled with boxes of wires, switches, and all kinds of small parts that I’ve collected over the years. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, but I know exactly which shelf has what I need. Athar Society is a decent place to work, though the road can get a bit narrow when people park their cars on both sides. We don't have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who understand how the circuits work. Most of the time, I’m either at the workbench with a soldering iron or out on a call nearby. We’ve been here long enough that most of the local residents know to come to us when their lights flicker or a motor burns out. It’s not a high-tech lab; it’s a local workshop. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising campaigns because we’re usually busy enough with the people who walk in. The days go by fast when you’re troubleshooting problems. We just try to keep the lights on for everyone else while making a living for ourselves. It’s a steady way to spend the day and it keeps things interesting.
