Our office is over at A-1 Saraswati Industrial Estate. If you’re looking for us, we’re right opposite the Chhani Jakat Naka. It’s easy to find because we are tucked just behind the Kumkum Party Plot. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when there’s a wedding or a big event going on back there, but it’s a nice landmark for giving directions. At Svar Projects, we spend our days looking at drawings and making sure everything is moving along as it should. It’s mostly technical work, so we have a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks. We aren't really the type to have a polished showroom or anything like that. We just have a functional space where we can sit down and figure things out. Usually, we start the day early before the traffic at Jakat Naka gets too bad. A few of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a rhythm down. We handle various projects from this spot in the industrial estate. It’s a practical location for us since we need to be near other businesses and suppliers. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We’d rather just show someone what we’re working on or explain a detail on a plan. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been in this part of town for a bit, and we’ve seen the area change, but we’re still here at A-1. There’s always more to do.
