Chetwani Shankar Sundardas

We've been here at 33 Santkawnar Colony for a while now. Most folks know the Hill Road area, but it can be tricky if you're not from around here. We are tucked right behind the R T O office near the Harni Warsiya Ring Road. It gets busy with all the traffic coming off the ring road, especially in the mornings. My name is Chetwani Shankar Sundardas and I spend most of my days right here at this spot. The neighbors are alright, mostly families in the colony. You see a lot of people heading towards the R T O for their paperwork. The building itself is nothing fancy, just a regular place where we do our work. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside if we leave the windows open too long. It’s a practical location though, easy to explain once you mention the landmark. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the address. People usually find us by asking around at the corner. The weather has been hot lately, so we keep the fans running all day. It’s just us here, keeping things moving along. Nothing much else to say about it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. New shops pop up and some close down. But we stay put. If you find the ring road, you’re basically there. It’s just a short turn after that. We like it here because it’s familiar. It feels like home after all these years.
