Chavda Nikunj Jayantilal

I am Nikunj Jayantilal Chavda and I run my small business out of the ground floor here at Rande Villas. We are tucked into the Parmanna Layout area in Vadodara, which most locals know is quite close to the Kothi Char Rasta. Being on BH Road means there is always something going on outside the window. It is a busy stretch of road but our spot on the ground floor stays fairly easy to get to. I have been working from this location for a while now and I have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where I keep my desk and some files. I usually get in early before the traffic really picks up at the intersection. Most of my day is spent handling local requests and talking to people who drop by. We don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. It is just me and sometimes a family member helping out with the paperwork. I prefer it this way because I can keep track of everything myself. The building is an older one but it has character and everyone around here knows where it is. If you are coming from the main road, you just look for the villas near the crossing. I try to keep things simple and honest without any of that corporate talk you hear these days. It’s a local operation for local people. I find that being right on the ground floor helps because people do not have to climb any stairs to find me.
