Chausar Farms Private Limited is situated over on Vasna Bhayali Road in Vadodara. We have our main setup in Aditya Galaxy, which is a nice enough building near the Green Field area. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group focused on managing our farm interests around the region. Most of our days are spent checking on how things are growing or dealing with the various issues that pop up when you are dealing with land and crops. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the actual fields. Vadodara is growing fast, so even the areas that used to be quiet are getting busy now. We try to keep our operations simple and direct. There is no corporate ladder here, just a few of us making decisions about what to plant or when to harvest. Sometimes we sit in the office and plan things out, but most of the real work is messy and involves a lot of sweat. We don't spend money on big ads or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the farms we manage and the people who work them. It is a practical business. We’ve had good years and bad years, depending on the rain and the market prices, but we keep at it because it’s what we know how to do.
