Shirabadagi Agri Clinic

Sarar is a quiet place mostly, and that’s where you’ll find Shirabadagi Agri Clinic. We spend our time talking to people about their crops and what’s going on in their fields. It’s not a doctors clinic for people, obviously, but for the plants and the soil. Farmers come in with all sorts of questions, sometimes bringing a leaf or a handful of dirt to show us what’s wrong. We do our best to figure it out based on what we’ve seen over the years. The shop is full of containers and bags of things that help stuff grow. It can get a bit crowded when a few people show up at once, all wanting to talk at the same time. There’s usually some tea going and a lot of talk about the rain or the lack of it. We don't have a website or anything like that. If someone needs something, they just walk in. The floor is usually a bit dusty from all the boots coming in from the farms, but we don't mind much. It’s part of the job. Sometimes the advice we give is just common sense, and other times it’s a bit more technical. We’ve been here in Sarar long enough that we know most of the families around. It’s steady work, and it feels right to be helping out with the local agriculture. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful.
