Chauhan Sanjay

My name is Sanjay and this is my small business here in Chhota Udepur. You can find us at number 11 on the 1st Cross. It’s not a very big street, but we’ve been here long enough that most people know the house. I started this because there was a need for it in our part of town. I do most of the work myself, though sometimes I have a neighbor help out if things get too busy. It’s a practical setup. I have my desk and my tools and I spend my days getting through the tasks. It’s not a polished corporate office. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint and the door squeaks a little when you open it. But the work gets done and that is what matters to the people who come here. We don't have a mission statement or any of those things companies usually have. We just show up and do the job. It’s a quiet life in Chhota Udepur and I like it that way. If you need something, you just come to the 1st Cross and look for number 11. I’m usually inside working on something. It’s a simple way to make a living and it keeps me connected to the people who live on my street. We don’t need much more than that to keep things going.
