C J Industries

Our workshop for C J Industries is tucked away at 78/3/T in the Makarpura Gidc Industrial Estate. We are situated right behind the Vadodara Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which makes it easy for people to find us once they get into the estate. The area is always full of the sound of trucks and heavy machinery. Inside our space, things are pretty loud too. We have machines that have been running for years, and they still do the job just fine even if they rattle a bit. The floor usually has some oil spots on it, and there is always a layer of metal dust on the workbenches. We do not spend much time on fancy paperwork; we are usually too busy with our hands on the equipment. In the summers, it gets incredibly hot inside, so we keep the large industrial doors wide open to catch whatever breeze comes through the Gidc. Around four in the afternoon, someone usually goes out to get tea for everyone. It is a simple routine that we have followed for a long time. We do not have a big office staff, so whoever is closest to the door usually answers it. We just focus on getting the industrial parts finished and sent out to the customers who need them. It is a gritty, honest place to work, and we prefer it that way. No one here wears a suit, just work clothes that can get dirty.
