Our office is at 101, Shreeji Flats, which sits right behind the Kalpvrux Complex on Gotri Road. It’s a busy area and finding a parking spot for a scooter or car can be a real struggle some mornings when everyone is arriving for work. We have been running Budget Realestate Private Limited from this flat for some time now. The place is a bit cramped because we have so many files stacked up on the floor and the desks. It isn't a fancy corporate office with glass walls, just a regular flat where we get our work done. Gotri Road is always full of life, with shops and people moving about all day. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are looking for a place to live that doesn't cost them every penny they have. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down in ledgers. The stairs up to the first floor are a little narrow, and the paint is peeling in a few spots near the door. We don't mind it much. It feels like home after you’ve been here all day. We usually get a snack from one of the vendors nearby when we have a break. The noise from the main road is always there in the background, but you get used to it. We just focus on the real estate side of things and try to help folks out with their questions. It’s a simple way to work.
