Balolly Tools Traders

We are set up on Hani Park Road in Makarpura. The plot number is 899/1. It’s a busy little corner of the world where we do our business as Balolly Tools Traders. Some days the dust from the road gets everywhere, so we spend a lot of time just wiping down the stock. We carry all sorts of tools for people in the neighborhood. It’s not a huge showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical space with shelves and counters. My brother and I have been running things here for a few years now. We usually open up around nine in the morning unless something comes up. Customers drop in and ask for a specific wrench or a drill bit, and we go find it in the back. Sometimes we have to dig through the crates to find exactly what they need. It’s a bit unorganized at times, but we know where everything is eventually. We don't have any fancy signs or big lights. Just the basic name above the door. Most people find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. We like the local vibe of Makarpura. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks. It’s a simple life, just selling tools and talking to the people who come by. We try to be helpful without making a big deal out of it. It’s just how we do things here.
