Avkar Buildtech is situated at Survey Number 381. We have an open plot right by Saptak Rosette, down the lane from Waves Club. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren’t from around Vadodara. Working out of this location gives us plenty of room to move things around. We deal with the technical side of building, which means a lot of checking measurements and making sure the foundations are solid. It’s dusty work sometimes. Being out here in the 391410 zip code area means we are a bit away from the main city noise, which we like. The crew here is pretty straightforward. We don't go for the big sales pitches. Usually, we are just dressed in work clothes, ready to head out to a project site. Things don't always go according to plan in construction, so we've learned to be flexible. If a shipment is late or the weather turns, we just figure it out. We’ve been at this long enough to know that patience is part of the job. Most of our neighbors know us as the guys who are always tinkering with something on the plot. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It isn't always exciting, but it's what we know how to do best.
