Avadh Industries

We’ve been at 859 1/E Makarpura for a while now. Most people know the Sakinaka area is busy, and we are right in the thick of it at Avadh Industries. It gets hot in the workshop during the summer months, but we keep things moving. There isn’t much fancy about what we do here. We just show up, look at the orders, and get to work on the machines. Some of the guys have been with us since the start. We usually have tea around eleven o'clock. It’s a good time to catch up on what’s happening in the yard. The floor is often a bit dusty because of the trucks coming in and out, but that’s just how it is in an industrial spot like this. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. If there is a problem with a part, we just talk it over right there by the bench. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, so we just sit outside until it comes back on. Dealing with the traffic around Makarpura is probably the hardest part of the day. Our neighbors are mostly in the same boat, just trying to get through the work week without too much trouble. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. Most of the space is just for the inventory and the tools we use every day. It's a simple setup but it works for us.
