We’ve been here at 987/13 in Vadsar for quite some time now. It’s not the biggest place you’ll ever see, but it works for what we do with valves and such. Most mornings start with unlocking the main gate and checking what came in the day before. The floor gets a bit messy with metal shavings and oil, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually making things. We have a few machines that have been with us since the start, and they still run okay if you know how to handle them. The guys in the back usually have some tea around ten, and that’s when the place goes a bit quiet for a minute. Vadsar is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the road, which you just get used to after a week. We don't really have a front desk or anything like that. If someone shows up, they usually just walk in and find whoever isn't busy. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it keeps the overhead low. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or painting the walls every year. The focus is really just on getting the valves sorted out and making sure the parts actually fit together. Sometimes we stay late when a big order needs to go out, and we just order some food and keep at it. It’s a living, and we’re glad to be doing it here.
