Aum Health Resort

Down on Palace Road, specifically in the Chandulal Estate area near Nagarwel Hanuman Road, is where you’ll find Aum Health Resort. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that’s okay because it stays a little quieter that way. We’ve been running this place for a good number of years now. It isn't a five-star hotel with gold handles or anything. It’s more of a practical place where people come when they need a break from the noise of the city. We have some trees and a bit of space to walk around. The building itself is older, and you can see the wear on the steps, but it holds up. My uncle used to run the place, and then it passed down to us. We spend a lot of time cleaning the rooms and making sure the grounds aren't too messy. The weather gets really hot here, so we try to keep things shaded. We don’t have a big marketing team. Most of the people who come here heard about us from a friend or a neighbor. We just do our thing every day, making sure the gates are open and the water is running. It’s a steady life. Sometimes we sit out in the evening when the work is done and just watch the traffic on the distant road. It’s nothing fancy, just a place to stay and rest for a bit before moving on.
