Ashwini K.T.

Our place is at Samruddhi Poolbari Naka in the Salatwada area. It’s a local neighborhood with a lot of character. Ashwini K.T. is the name we use for our business here. The building, Samruddhi, is easy enough to spot once you get to Poolbari Naka. We’ve been here for a while, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners and people working in the nearby buildings. It’s a friendly atmosphere most of the time. The office is small and simple. We have the basics like desks, a few chairs, and a cupboard for all the files that seem to keep growing no matter how much we clean. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning in every corner, but we have some good fans that keep the air moving. We spend our days handling the usual chores and talking to the people who drop in. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. There isn't a lot of standing on ceremony here. We just dress casually and get to work. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit jammed with traffic, but that’s just part of being in Salatwada. We like being in this part of town because it feels lived-in and real. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate goals pinned to the wall. We just want to do a decent job every day and then head home to our families when we’re done for the evening.
