We've been here in Gotri for a bit now. Our office is located on the 4th floor of the Satva building, which is right near Radhe Bunglows. It is just a small team of us working on hotel stuff. We help people who run hotels or those who are thinking about starting one. It is not always easy work, honestly. There is a lot of paperwork and planning involved in this business. We spend most of our days looking at floor plans or talking to owners about how to get things moving. The office at Satva is where we keep all the files and meet up to talk. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the blueprints and documents lying around on the desks. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that here. It is just desks, some chairs, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. If you know the area near Yash Complex, you have probably seen the building. It is a decent spot and easy to find if you are coming from the main road. We keep regular hours, though sometimes we are out visiting sites across Vadodara. Most of the time, someone is here though. We handle the technical side of things, making sure the numbers add up and the layouts make sense. It is just what we know how to do. We have seen a lot of changes in the local hotel scene lately.
