Arjunbhai Parmar

Arjunbhai Parmar is located out in Vaghodia Sector 7, within the MIDC area of Bhosari. Being in an industrial zone means it’s never really quiet. There is always the sound of trucks moving or machines humming in the background. My unit is small, mostly just a workspace with a small corner for a desk. I spend a lot of time on my feet, so I don't really need a fancy office chair. The floor is concrete and has a few stains from oil and grease that won't ever come out. I’ve been in Bhosari for a long time, starting out as a helper before I got my own place. Arjunbhai is what everyone calls me, even the delivery drivers who come by once a week. The air here smells like metal and exhaust, which I suppose I’ve stopped noticing after all these years. I keep a small water cooler in the corner for anyone who stops by. It’s a hot place in the summer, especially with the metal roof, so I try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning. I don't have a big sign outside, just my name painted on the door in small letters. It’s a place for work, not for showing off. If someone needs me, they usually just walk through the open shutter.
