Apurva Hathi

Apurva Hathi is the name of the business, and you can find us at 56 Manjalpur, right near the Mithakhali Six Roads in Navrangpura. It sounds like a confusing address to some, but locals know exactly where the six roads meet. The traffic there is always a mess, especially during the evening rush when everyone is trying to get home. My office is a small room on the ground floor. It used to be a storage area, but I cleaned it out and put in a desk and some shelves. The door is a bit heavy and squeaks every time someone opens it. I should probably oil the hinges, but I always forget. I’ve been working in Navrangpura for nearly a decade now. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of places to grab a quick bite. I usually have a lot of books and papers stacked up on the floor because I ran out of shelf space months ago. It looks messy to an outsider, but I know where everything is. Apurva is usually here from morning until late, except on Sundays when I take the day off to spend time with my family. The office doesn't have any fancy decorations, just a calendar on the wall and a small clock that runs five minutes fast. I like it that way because it keeps me on my toes.
