Anz Hotels Llp is located at 1001, Onyx Business Center. That’s near Akshar Chowk on Atladra Road in Vadodara. We’re high up in the building, which is nice when you want to see the city lights at night. Mostly, we are just here working. We handle the business side of things for our hotel interests. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls. Vadodara is a good city, but the traffic near Akshar Chowk can be a real nightmare during rush hour. We all complain about it. Our office isn't anything special, just some desks, a few chairs, and a coffee machine that works half the time. We aren't some big fancy firm. We’re a limited liability partnership, just a few partners trying to make the business grow. We spend a lot of time discussing room rates and maintenance schedules. It’s not the kind of stuff you see in movies, but it’s what keeps the business running. We’ve been at this Atladra Road location for a bit now. Most of the people in the building know us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy mission statements. We just want to stay organized and make sure the hotels we manage are doing what they’re supposed to do. It’s straightforward work for us. We keep some snacks in the drawer for when the afternoon meetings go on for too long. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird clicking sound, but we’ve gotten used to it.
