Our place is C-703 in the Bhadralok building. It’s a residential complex, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. When you walk in, you’re more likely to hear the sounds of the building—maybe a neighbor’s TV or someone cooking down the hall—than any corporate noise. We’ve kept it simple. There are a few tables, some chairs, and our computers. We chose this spot because it’s quiet and we can actually think here. Anjali isn't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just us. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, sending emails and talking to our contacts. Sometimes we have a meeting around the small dining table we use as a desk. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and a bit of the street below. We get a good breeze in the afternoons, which is nice. We don’t have a receptionist or anything; if the bell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. It’s a very relaxed way to work, honestly. We don’t wear suits or follow a strict schedule as long as the work is finished on time. It’s just a steady, quiet way of running a business without all the unnecessary stress of a big commercial hub. We like it this way and haven't felt the need to move to a regular office space yet. It suits us just fine.
