Amba Group Of Companies is located at 10-A-4 in Danteshwar. Despite the name sounding big, we are a pretty grounded group of people. We have this office space where we handle different bits of business. It is a basic setup with some old desks, a few computers, and a lot of paperwork. Danteshwar is a place we know well. The office stays fairly cool in the mornings, but by the afternoon, we usually have the fans going full blast. We deal with a lot of different tasks throughout the week. One day might be about coordinating supplies, and the next is spent on the phone dealing with logistics. It’s not a fancy corporate building with a glass elevator. It is just a solid place where work gets done. We have a small corner for making tea and that’s where most of the important decisions actually happen. The staff has been together for a long time. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. We don't have any big speeches or mission statements posted on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a practical way to run things. Some days are busier than others, especially at the end of the month, but we just get through it together and start again the next day.
