We run Alsec Engineering And Construction LLP from Orchid Bunglow, units 139 and 140. It’s located near Aims Oxygen in the Vadodara area. It’s a bit different working out of a bungalow rather than a tall office building, but we like the feel of it. It’s a bit quieter and gives us the space we need to spread out our engineering drawings. We do a lot of technical work here, so having a steady environment is important. We aren't a big corporate machine with layers of management. It’s mostly just a few of us who know the engineering and construction business inside out. We spend our days checking specs, talking to site managers, and making sure the supplies arrive where they should. The neighborhood is mostly calm, which helps when we need to focus on complex calculations. We don't have a flashy website or a team of sales people. Most of our work comes from people who know what we do and how we work. We’ve been based in Vadodara for a long time and we feel connected to the local community here. It’s a straightforward life, really. We wake up, come to the bungalow, and solve whatever problems the day throws at us. There’s no secret to it, just staying organized and being honest about what can be done. It’s a good way to live and work. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. We enjoy the process of seeing a project through.
