AJNI TURNKEY PROJECTS LLP operates out of Vastuniketan Bunglows, right behind the Shivam Party Plot on Sama Savli Road. It’s a nice area, and having the office in a bungalow makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office building. We deal with turnkey projects, which basically means we take a job from the start and see it through until it’s finished. It sounds simple, but it usually involves a lot of headaches and managing a dozen different things at once. We’re a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day I might be looking at electrical plans, and the next I’m talking to a plumber or ordering tiles. We don't have fancy titles or a bunch of managers. We just work. It’s practical, hands-on stuff. Sama Savli Road is a busy place, so we’re always on the move. We try to keep things straightforward with our clients. No big promises that we can't keep. We just tell people what’s possible and how much it’s going to cost. It’s not always pretty, especially when construction delays happen, but we try to be honest about it.
