Ajay Construction

We are based out of Pune, specifically around the Nandesari Industrial Estate and Aditya Garden City area. Construction is what we do, so we spend more time on sites than we do in an actual office. You can usually find us surrounded by sand, cement, and a lot of blueprints that have seen better days. It’s a job that keeps you on your feet and usually leaves you with a bit of dirt on your boots. Pune is growing fast, and being in the Nandesari area means we see a lot of that growth first-hand. We don't have a polished corporate headquarters. Instead, we have a space where we keep our gear and meet up in the mornings to plan out the day. It’s a lot of talking to workers and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Some days the weather doesn't cooperate, or a delivery gets delayed, and we just have to figure it out as we go. That’s just part of the deal with construction work. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen plenty of buildings go up. We don't use big words or try to act like we are something we aren't. We are just a local team trying to build things right. Our hands are usually calloused, and we drink a lot of tea while looking at site plans. It's just how we live and work every day.
