Ajay B Joshi

It’s just Ajay B Joshi here at the Bakor Patel Chambers. Room 406 is where we stay most of the day, right in Anantpura. The building has been here for a while and you can tell by the stairs. Sometimes the lift works and sometimes it doesn't, so we just walk up. It’s a lot of paper and sitting at desks. The morning starts with tea from the guy downstairs. He knows how we like it now. We spend a lot of time looking at files and answering the phone when it rings. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office with desks that have seen better days. The windows look out over the street and you can hear the traffic all afternoon. Sometimes it gets quite loud but you get used to it after a month or two. There isn't much to say about what we do except that it keeps us busy from nine till six. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the name on the door. It’s quiet enough for work. Most of the people in this building are doing the same thing, just trying to get through the day’s tasks. We have a small fan that rattles in the corner and a clock that’s five minutes fast. It helps us leave on time. That’s pretty much how it is here every day. No big surprises or changes usually.
