We are over in Chhani, right across from the Hwp Colony. The address is 25477, but most people just look for the colony gate and find us from there. Khubchand Motilal has been the name on the door for a long time. It’s a family-run kind of thing, very informal. We don't wear suits or have big meetings. We just sit around the table and figure out what needs to be done for the day. The area is pretty industrial and busy with trucks. It’s not the quietest place, but it works for us. We don't have a polished mission statement or any of that marketing stuff. We just believe in showing up and doing the work. If someone has a question, we answer it plainly. We don't try to sell anyone on things they don't need. Our office is a bit dusty sometimes because of the road, but we keep the coffee going and the files in order. It’s a practical life. We’ve lived in Chhani for years, so we know most of the people around here. It’s nice being a local business. You get to know your customers by their first names. We don't want to be a big corporate entity. We just want to provide for our families and keep the shop running. That’s the long and short of it. Simple and honest. Just some folks doing a job in a busy part of town.
