Advantex Industries Private Limited

Advantex Industries is located out at Block/Survey No. 685 in Menpura, Dabhoi. It is in the Vadodara district and it’s a bit out of the way. We have a large space here because we need it for the industrial work we do. The office is right on the site, so it can be quite noisy and dusty. We don't mind it much because it’s where the work happens. We have been at this location for several years now. Most of the people who work here are locals from the surrounding villages. We don't have any corporate frills or a fancy lunchroom. We just have a small area where we can sit down and do the accounts. Our days are spent managing production and making sure the machines are running as they should. It is a lot of hands-on work. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. The road to Menpura can be a bit rough, especially for the trucks coming in and out. We’ve had to fix the gate a few times because of the heavy traffic. It is just a regular industrial site with a lot of hard work going on. We don't have a marketing team or a big office staff. It is just us and the workers getting things done every day. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple.
