We are right on the ground floor of Divya Plaza, which is near Kamlanagar on Ajwa Road in Vadodara. It’s a good spot because there are always people walking by or stopping at the other shops in the plaza. Being at GF/5 means we see a lot of the daily commute and the neighborhood characters. We run a cafe business, so our mornings are spent getting everything ready for whoever walks through the door. It is not a huge place, just enough room for us to do our work and for customers to hang out for a bit. We didn't want anything too corporate or stiff. The furniture is simple and the walls don't have much on them. We don't have a big mission statement or any of that talk. We just serve what we have and try to keep the place clean. The traffic on Ajwa Road can be a real headache in the morning, but you get used to the noise after a while. Sometimes we run out of things or a delivery is late, and we just have to explain it to people as it is. It’s a real business run by real people who get tired and make mistakes sometimes. We just enjoy being part of the neighborhood and seeing the regular faces every day.
