Whisk Solutions & Innovations Llp is based out of Chetak Apartment. We took over Flat No. 4 and 5 to make enough room for everyone. It’s right by the Dewali Gate, which is a recognizable landmark for anyone living nearby. Working out of an apartment building has its quirks, like chatting with neighbors in the hallway or dealing with the usual residential sounds. The space is filled with computers, tangled wires, and old notebooks. We don't have a big budget for interior design, so the furniture is a bit of a mix-and-match situation. It’s a functional place where the focus is on the work, not the decor. Dewali Gate can get pretty congested, especially during festival seasons, so we’ve learned to plan our days around that. Inside the flats, it’s usually humming with the sound of cooling fans and people talking through ideas. We aren’t a huge operation with floors of staff. It’s a handful of us who know how to solve problems and like doing it. Sometimes we eat lunch together in the small kitchen area, talking about everything except work. It’s a very human environment. We don’t use scripts when we talk to people, and we don't have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just show up at Chetak Apartment and do what needs to be done. It's not perfect, but it is where we get things moving every single day.
