We are based at No. 55 Sankalp in Laxmi Nagar, specifically in Sector 8 of Hiran Magri. Five Splash Infotech is a place where a lot of data work and back-office stuff happens. We have rows of computers and people with headsets on. It’s a productive atmosphere, though it can get a bit hectic when we have big deadlines. We started out small and just kept adding more desks as we got more work. The building is in a decent area, and we’ve made it our home for quite some time. We handle a lot of typing, checking records, and managing information for other businesses. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of focus and sitting still. We don't have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls; we just focus on the screens. Lunch breaks are usually spent chatting in the small break area or heading out to get some fresh air in Hiran Magri. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do the job right so the people we work for stay happy. It’s a steady rhythm here. Every morning we log in and start going through the tasks. That’s how our days go at Sankalp. We have a small parking area that gets tight if everyone shows up at once, so we have to coordinate where the bikes go. It’s a simple office life and we’re used to it.
