People mostly know us as the place on the ground and first floor of Patel Market, right there on CPS School Road. It gets pretty busy around here when the school is letting out, so we usually plan our deliveries around those times. The shop is split between two levels which keeps us on our toes moving things up and down the stairs all day. It isn’t a fancy setup but it works for what we need to do. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the neighbors in the market have become like family. Usually, the morning starts with opening the shutters and sweeping out the front. Most of the day is spent handling whatever comes through the door or checking on the inventory upstairs. Sometimes the fans on the first floor get a bit loud but you get used to it after a couple of weeks. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that because we prefer to use the space for actual work. If you walk past the school road, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside but inside we’re always staying busy. We keep a kettle in the back for tea when things slow down in the afternoon. It’s just us doing our thing every day, making sure the orders are sorted and the place stays organized enough to find what we need.
