Vijay Typing Mahavidhalaya

You can find us at 146 Bhamashah Marg, right near the Surajpole area. Vijay Typing Mahavidhalaya is where people come when they need to learn how to use a keyboard properly. We have rows of machines and some older computers set up on long wooden tables. The sound of keys clicking is pretty much the only thing you hear all day long. It is a steady rhythm that you get used to after working here for a while. Students come in for their shifts, sit down, and start their practice sheets. We have been at this location for quite some time now. The walls have a few posters about finger placement, but they are a bit faded from the sun. It is not a high-tech center with fancy lights or anything; it is just a place to study and get the work done. The chairs are simple and they have seen a lot of use over the years. During the summer months, it gets a bit warm inside, so we keep the windows open to catch any breeze from the street. People from all over the area come here to improve their typing speed. Some are preparing for government exams and others just want to learn a new skill for work. We do not do much talking while the classes are on because everyone is focusing on their accuracy and speed. It is a quiet, serious kind of place. We just want people to leave here better at typing.
