Mathara

Mathara is located on the 8th floor of the Lake City Mall. That is on University Road in the Ashok Nagar area of Udaipur. We are quite high up, so you get a bit of a view of the city and the area near Aayad Puliya. Being in a mall means there is always something going on around us. People come in after watching a movie or doing some shopping. It is a lot of walking for them, so they usually just want to sit down and eat something. We have a pretty big space here on the 8th floor. It is not a fancy or stiff environment. We keep it casual so everyone feels okay coming in, whether they are in jeans or dressed up for an evening out. The elevator ride up can take a minute when the mall is crowded on the weekends. We spend our days prepping the kitchen and making sure the floor is clean. Udaipur is a big tourist city, but we get a lot of local families too. We are not trying to be a five-star hotel restaurant. We are just a place in the mall where you can get a meal. Our team is small and we work together to keep things moving. It gets loud sometimes when the mall is full of people, but that is just part of being in this location. We just do our best to serve whoever walks through the door and wants a meal.
