Savitri Ba Phoole Teachers Training College is located on 120 Feet Road in the Manva Khera area of Udaipur. We are tucked behind Sector 4, so it’s not too hard to find if you know the neighborhood. This is where people come when they want to become teachers themselves. It’s a bit different from a regular school because our students are adults. We have classrooms where they learn about teaching methods, and a library where they spend a lot of their time reading and writing. The Udaipur heat can be tough, so we spend a lot of time making sure the water coolers are working and the fans are on. Our staff stays busy with all the administrative work that comes with teacher training. It is a quiet, hardworking atmosphere most of the time, except when exams are coming up and everyone is a bit stressed out. We just keep things moving along each semester.
