Our place is at 173 Hiran Magri, specifically in Verma Colony within Sector-9. It is a bit of a residential area, so things are usually pretty peaceful around here. We’ve been running this business for a while now and we have a lot of regular customers from the colony who come to see us. The office is a simple room in a larger building, and we have decorated it with a few calendars and some photos of the places we have visited. We don't have a big team of people, just a few of us who handle everything from the phones to the filing. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, so we have to do things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. We don't mind that though, as it helps us keep track of everything better. Most of our day is spent talking to people and trying to find the right routes for their travels. We don't use any complicated systems or fancy language. We just speak plainly and try to be as helpful as we can. It’s a nice way to spend the day, and we get to hear a lot of interesting stories from the people who come in. We usually wrap things up around the evening and head home to spend time with our families. It’s a good, steady life and we are happy with how things are going.
