V S Roadlines

V S Roadlines is located at 7 University Road in Keshav Nagar. It’s a decent area, a bit more relaxed than the main transport hubs but still close enough to the main roads. Our office is on the ground floor and we have a few chairs outside for the drivers to sit on while they wait for their paperwork. The street can get a bit congested when the university classes let out, but otherwise, it’s a pretty good spot. We’ve been running things from here for a while. We don’t have any big mission statements or complicated goals; we just focus on getting the trucks loaded and sent out on time. The office is usually filled with the sound of the fan and the radio playing in the background. We spend a lot of time on the phone, as you can imagine in this line of work. Sometimes customers come in with a lot of questions, and we just try to answer them as simply as we can. We don't use much technology besides the basic stuff needed to stay in touch. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or have heard about us from their friends. It’s a small operation but we keep ourselves busy. There’s always a ledger open on the desk and a stack of bills that need sorting. That’s just how we run things at 7 University Road.
