Pratap Nagar is where we set up Hariyana Gujrat Roadlines. It’s a good location for us because it connects well to the different routes we use. The office is pretty basic, just a room with some desks and a lot of files. We don't spend much money on decorations because we are usually too busy looking at delivery schedules. Every morning starts with a lot of shouting and talking as the drivers get their instructions. We move a lot of goods between different states, so there is always some paperwork to finish before a truck can leave the yard. It can be a bit overwhelming when three or four things happen at once, but we've learned to handle the chaos over the years. Hariyana Gujrat Roadlines is a name that has been on our sign for a long time. Some of the letters are starting to fade, but everyone still knows who we are. We don't use any fancy software; mostly it's just pens and notebooks. Sometimes we have to stay late to wait for a late arrival or to fix a problem with a shipment. That's just part of being in this industry. People in Pratap Nagar know us as the guys who are always there, working away. It’s a straightforward life, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just keep moving things from one place to another. It isn't always easy, but we get it done.
