Ridhi Sidhi Logistics

We are based out of Hiran Magri Sector-8 in Udaipur. Our office is at house number 17, which is a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We started this logistics work because we saw a need for reliable transport around this part of town. We have a few trucks and some regular drivers who have been with us for years. The office is basically a front room where we keep all the registers and the keys. It is a family-run thing mostly. My nephew handles the computer stuff and I talk to the customers and the drivers. We deal with a lot of local businesses who need to move goods across Rajasthan. It is not always easy, especially with the heat in the summer and the narrow streets in some of the older parts of the city. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our trucks around. We just try to keep the vehicles running well and make sure we don't miss any pick-ups. Sometimes we are working late into the night to finish a delivery, but that is part of the trade. It is just us doing our bit to keep things moving. If you need something transported, you can usually find one of us at the office during the day. There is usually a stray dog sleeping near the entrance, and we just leave him be. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that.
