U P Roadways

Our setup for U P Roadways is located at D-20 in the Pratap Nagar Transport Nagar area, right off Chittor Road. It is a busy part of the city, and there is never really a quiet moment with all the trucks passing through. Our office is a straightforward place with some basic furniture and a few fans that hum all day to keep the air moving. We aren't the type of company that spends a lot of time on fancy websites or advertisements. We prefer to just stay at our desks and handle the work as it comes in. The walls are a bit stained from years of dust blowing in from Chittor Road, but it doesn't bother us. We spend most of our time talking to the drivers and making sure the loading lists are correct. It’s a lot of manual work, often involving a lot of shouting to be heard over the engines outside. We don't have any corporate titles or big meetings. We just decide what needs to be done and we do it. The guys here have been working at D-20 for a long time, so we’re like a small family. We know the regulars who come through Pratap Nagar and we always have time for a quick chat and a cup of tea. It is a bit of a rough-and-ready way to run a business, but it is honest and it works for us. We just take things one day at a time.
