We are located on Lake Palace Road, right near the Rang Niwasa Place Hotel. Our office is a busy place, being Travel Corporation Of India Pvt Ltd, though it’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day logistics of travel. It’s a good spot because it’s easy for people to find when they are staying nearby. We spend our time answering emails and sorting out travel documents for people going all over the place. It’s a lot of coordination with hotels and transport services. The street outside is almost always full of cars and people walking, which gives the place a lot of energy. We’ve been at this location for quite some time now. Inside, the office is pretty standard with desks and phones and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We don't really do the big sales pitches. We just tell people what is available and help them book it. Sometimes things go wrong, like a flight delay or a booking error, and we spend the afternoon trying to fix it. It’s part of the job. We have a small team here, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. It feels more like a small family business than anything else. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the details are right before the day ends. It is mostly about getting the paperwork done right and answering the phone on time for whoever calls.
