Tilo Pvt. Ltd is based in the Bhamashah Industrial Area in Kaladwas, at plot G-1/314. This part of Udaipur is mostly factories and large sheds. Our building is a big structure where we handle all our daily operations. It’s usually quite warm here, and the sun beats down on the metal roofs during the summer months. Inside, it’s all about the work. We have different sections for different tasks, and people move between them all day long. It’s not a glamorous job. We wear dusty clothes and spend a lot of time on our feet on the shop floor. The floor is hard concrete, and the walls are painted a simple grey. We have a small area for the staff to sit and have their lunch together. Most of us come from the nearby villages or the main city of Udaipur. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things for us. We just focus on the production and making sure things are moving as they should. There are trucks constantly coming in to drop off raw materials or pick up finished goods for delivery. The dust from the road often settles on everything, so we are always cleaning up at the end of the shift. It’s just the way it is in an industrial area like Kaladwas. We keep our heads down and get the work done without much talk.
