The Oberoi Udaivillas

We are located at the Shrinivas Building in Kalyan Nagar II Cross, Dharwad. Even though the name might make you think of other places, this is where we are based in Karnataka. It is a simple setup here in the building. We don't have a lot of the flash you might expect from a big name. Mostly, it is just us managing things from our office. Dharwad is a nice place to be, and Kalyan Nagar is a good neighborhood with a lot going on. Our day-to-day is pretty routine. We check our emails, talk to people who call in, and try to keep everything organized. It’s not a very large team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from paperwork to cleaning up the office. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big corporate speeches or polished brochures. We just want to get our work done and go home at the end of the day. Sometimes the rain in Dharwad can be quite heavy, which slows everything down, but that's just life here. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and we like the local feel of the area. There’s no big sign outside or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know where the Shrinivas Building is. We just focus on being decent at what we do and staying honest with the people we work with. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing.
