Tayal Transport Co is based out of C - 24 in Pratap Nagar, right in the thick of Transport Nagar. If you are looking for us, we are in that row of offices where there is always a truck parked out front. Our space at C - 24 is nothing fancy, just a room with some desks and plenty of paper everywhere. We’ve been working from this spot for a long time, so we are used to the noise and the grit of the area. Pratap Nagar is a busy place where people are always in a hurry to get things delivered. We spend our days on the phone, talking to clients and making sure the drivers have what they need for their trips. It’s a lot of coordination. The office can get a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the door propped open. We know the other business owners around C - 24 and often share a tea with them when things are slow. There aren't any big meetings or marketing teams here. It’s just us doing the daily grind. We keep our records in big books and try to stay on top of the schedules. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones act up, but we manage. It’s a straightforward business.
