You will find us on Jagdish Marg, right at Jagdish Chowk and just outside the City Palace. This is probably one of the busiest spots in the whole city, so there is always something interesting to see out of our window. Our office is quite small because space is so tight around the palace, but we make it work. It’s a very old building with thick walls, which is great when it gets really hot in the summer. We spend our days talking to all kinds of people, from local residents to tourists from all over the world who are visiting the palace. It can get very noisy with all the rickshaws honking and people talking, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We don't have any fancy brochures or a high-tech setup. We just have our desks, some chairs, and our knowledge of the local area. We try to be helpful to everyone who walks through the door, whether they are booking a long trip or just asking for the time. Sometimes we have to run out and grab a quick snack from the street vendors nearby because we don't have time for a proper lunch. It’s a busy spot and we never really know who is going to walk in next. We’ve been here a long time and we plan on staying for many more years.
