You can find Sunrise Group Of Colleges tucked away at number 1, Shanti Nagar, which is right in Sector 5 of Hiran Magri. We’ve been in this part of Udaipur for quite a while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the city center, which is nice for the students. Our buildings aren't anything flashy, just solid structures where we hold our classes and labs. We have a lot of different people coming in and out every day, from young students to the staff who keep the place clean. It can get a bit chaotic in the hallways between sessions, but that’s just how it is with a college. We don’t spend a lot of time on polished brochures or big mission statements. We’re just here to provide a place for people to study and get their degrees. The Rajasthan sun can be pretty intense in the summer, so we spend a lot of time trying to keep the rooms cool. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of life here. We’re a local institution and most of our staff live just a few streets away in Hiran Magri. We just focus on the day-to-day work, making sure the schedules are right and the classrooms are open. It’s a steady, no-nonsense kind of place for anyone looking to learn. We've stayed put here because it suits us.
