Our office is over at 9 Sunderwas in Arvind Nagar. It’s a regular neighborhood, nothing too special about it, but it works for what we do. We’ve got a small space where we manage the agency work. Most of our time is spent on the phone or checking the logs to see where the shipments are. Arvind Nagar is a nice enough area, though parking can be a bit of a headache when the big trucks try to get close. We usually have to meet them a bit further out. Inside the office, it’s mostly just files and a computer that’s seen better days. We’ve got a couple of fans going to keep the air moving, especially in the summer when it gets really hot. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions or to see if we have work for them. Singhal Transport Agency has been around for a while now, and we’ve seen the streets around Sunderwas grow and change. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to get the job done. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. Sometimes things go wrong, a tire punctures or a driver gets delayed, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just part of the business. We don't make a big deal out of it. We just sit here, drink our water, and keep the goods moving as best as we can.
