Shree Laxmi Transport Co

Shree Laxmi Transport Co is located at F - 3 in Pratap Nagar, right inside the main Transport Nagar hub. This area is pretty much dedicated to trucks and logistics, so there is never a quiet moment. Our office at F - 3 is small and a bit crowded with ledgers and old files. We have been here for a good amount of time, seeing the area grow and the roads get more crowded. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t have air conditioning or anything fancy like that, just a couple of ceiling fans that squeak a bit. Most of the day is spent handling the arrivals and departures of different loads. We know many of the drivers by name because they’ve been stopping by our office at F - 3 for years. Pratap Nagar is a dusty place, especially in the dry months, but it’s where all the transport work happens. We keep a pot of water for anyone who stops by thirsty. There isn’t a lot of "corporate" feeling here; it’s more like a family-run operation where everyone pitches in. We do our own paperwork and keep track of things the best we can. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It’s a slow pace in some ways but very hectic in others. We like being part of the local community here in Transport Nagar. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk.
